How to order?
How can I place an order online?
1.1 Click the Login / Register Link on the top of the page.
1.2 You can either use your Facebook account to login, one less password to remember, or to sign up for an account in a few steps.
1.3 Press “Add to Cart” next to the item you want to buy and a pop-up window will show up. You can add or deduct the quantity or to remove the item(s).
1.4 Click "Continue Shopping" for more items or "Check Out" to proceed payment.
Can I change my order?
You can always review your order before you proceed to checkout. If you want to change the order after payment is made, please call us at +85234604752. All dispatched orders cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellation. Please check very carefully before you confirm the order online.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all home and office address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For remote areas like Lantau and islands, please call +85234604752 for delivery quote. Free delivery option is not valid for Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders over HKD$1,200. (Not to be used with other promotion offer)
For 1-6 bottles not exceeding HKD$1,200, we will charge HKD$80 for delivery.
For 7-12 bottles not exceeding HKD$1,200, we will charge HKD$160 for delivery.
Delivery at specific timeslot will have a surcharge of HKD$55.
Our courier will call you in advance before delivery.
How long it takes for the wine to arrive?
For orders placed between Monday to Friday before 12:00, we will deliver in 2 days.
For orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, we will process on the next working day and deliver in 2 days.
We also offer same night delivery service for selected items.
Can I store wine after purchasing with you?
All wines purchased from us may be stored for 3 months at no charge. You are billed HKD$1.5 per month for each 750ml bottle, HKD$3 per month for 1500ml bottle, and so forth. You can secure your wine at a cheaper price for future consumption. Please refer here for more information with our storage plan.
What if part of my order is missing, or damaged?
If any of the bottles are broken, short or if we have got your order wrong, simply call us at +85234604752 and we will get it back right for you.
What credit card you accept?
We accept VISA and Master, also Paypal.
Why there is an administrator charge for Paypal and credit card?
We want our customers to enjoy the lowest possible price. For orders clearing with payment methods other than bank transfer, an administration charge will add to your order.
