This Rolf Binder Cabernet Merlot 2010 is a rich, ripe blend with the 40% Merlot softening out the back palate grip of the Cabernet Sauvignon. A powerful, deep, aroma varying from red berry fruits to black cherries and leads into a sweet, full bodied, intense, richly flavoured palate. Sourced from vineyards owned by the Veritas winery along the western side of the Barossa Valley.

A rich fruity wine on the palate that is backed up
by full ripe fruit flavours of blackberry, cassis, plums
and subtle oak. The tannins are soft and gentle and
combine with the fruit to enhance the overall flavour
of the wine.
