Certified Fairtrade, the Miguel Torres Santa Digna Chardonnay Reserva 2015 benefits from a very restrained use of oak - it's beautifully balanced - and has elegant notes of mango and apricot. The finish is lon and smooth.It's a brilliant match for white meat - chicken with preserved lemon, for example - and is a particular success with goat's cheese, hot or in a salad.
