At the heart of the Callia Alta wines is Shiraz. In addition to a single varietal Shiraz, Callia Alta includes four blends with the varietals that most complement the grape. These fruit-forward, well-structured wines receive a short oak aging. There are two refreshing whites under the Callia Alta label.
品酒笔记
Very bright red colour with purplish hues. It displays aromas of ripe fruit jam reminiscent of ripe
figs, which is typical of the Syrah from the Tulum Valley. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced.
It has sweet and gentle tannins, which make it very easy to drink.
