Diebolt Vallois Blanc de Blanc Fleur de Passion 2005
Fleur de Passion from Diebolt-Vallois gleams golden with tinges of green. Its fine and elegant nose encompasses herbaceous notes, toasted bread and white flowers, with more fruity and spicy (vanilla) aromas gradually revealing themselves. In the mouth it is amazingly powerful and vinous, complex and elegant at the same time, and absolutely perfectly balanced. Barrel ageing adds light, perfectly integrated oaky notes. The Diebolt-Vallois Fleur de Passion is a grand champagne which will continue to evolve over many years.
