A wonderful introduction to the charms of Grupo Codorniu Bodega Septima Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 from one of the countries largest producers.The nose is complex and fruit forward with classic plum characters and a hint of graphite. The palate is elegant, strawberry and red cherry flavours integrate seamlessly with powerful tannins. Well structured with a lengthy, smoky finish.

- Nose: Complex and spicy. Includes roasted pepper notes, plums and a hint of fruit jam, with minerals such as graphite. Toasted aroma with coffee and vanilla notes.
- Palate: Elegant entrance, cherry and strawberry in perfect blend with roasted red peppers with sweet and powerful tannins. Well-structured and nice finish with the presence of smoky oak wood. Lingering, well-structured and nice finish.
